Stock Controller

ZENAG CHICKEN is seeking to hire an experienced and qualified Stock Controller. The role is based in a busy fast paced environment at our Farm Central Warehouse. This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful Agribusiness company.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Keeping and maintaining records of all stocks and materials in the organization.
• Reporting details and damages to the supervising authority.
• Following the instructions of the Central Warehouse Manager.
• Meeting deadlines for completion of the delegated task.
• Proper storage and handling of the received stock
• Ensuring cleanliness and proper organization of the stock rooms.
• Ensuring proper packaging of the outbound stock.
• Preparing reports of inventory balances any shortages.
• Coordinating with team members and other internal departments of the organization.

Skills and Specifications

• Should possess strong analytical skills.
• Must possess a valid Class 6 Driver’s License.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and effectively.
• Should possess the skills of being a good team worker.
• Good interpersonal skills for interacting and coordinating work within the departments of the organization.
• Should possess good mathematical, statistical and analytical abilities.

Education and Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma in Accounting
• Minimum of 3 years in Supply Chain or similar role
