We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Stock Controller to join our Warehouse team in Lae. Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, this role is responsible for managing inventory accuracy and ensuring the highest possible service levels across warehouse operations

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conduct regular stock checks and inventory reconciliations to maintain stock accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, including lost and found stock, short receipts and over receipts.
• Manage inventory adjustments, aged stock, damaged stock and disposal processes.
• Support operational teams with SAP and TWMS inventory transactions and troubleshooting.
• Ensure stock availability and transactional accuracy for raw materials, packaging materials and finished goods.
• Prepare inventory reports and maintain audit-compliant documentation.
• Monitor stock movements and ensure system records accurately reflect physical inventory.
• Collaborate with Production, Procurement, Quality and Warehouse teams to resolve inventory-related issues

To be considered for the role, you will need to have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum two (2) years' experience in inventory or stock management within a SAP-based environment.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy.
• A continuous improvement and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines.
• Strong team player with the ability to work effectively across multiple functions and stakeholders.
