Monier Limited, the single largest producer, supplier and distributor of construction materials and building products in PNG is seeking to recruit suitably qualified and highly motivated individual for the following position:

Storeman/Parts Interpreter

To effectively carry out key responsibilities including parts interpreting and managing fuel, lube and warehouse inventory.

Duties Include:

• Stock ordering and receiving and restocking parts and on the shelves.
• Manage and stock take fuel and lubes daily.
• Liaise with 6 mile purchasing team for fuel and parts restocking.
• Provide weekly status report on parts orders received and back orders.
• Accurate parts issuing and record keeping.
• Supporting the workshop.
• Managing inventory & stocktaking.
• Answering parts enquiries.
• Unloading of containers and checking against documentation
• Maintain and organize parts in a store/shelf for easy excess
• Ensure stores, shelves and lube areas and workstations are clean and tidy.
• Manage inventory and issuing of workshop tooling

Qualifications & Experience Required:

• Grade 10 with a minimum of 5 years experience or more in spare parts interpretation.
• Current driver’s license – relevant class.
• Good knowledge of truck and earthmoving spare parts.
• Be conversive with EPC systems.
• Have a good understanding of Excel.
• Experience with stock control and reporting
• Excellent communication skills.
