We are currently seeking applications from suitably qualified individuals to fill the position of Supply Chain/Procurement Executive, based in Port Moresby. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strongly build-up and maintain the company’s supply chain strategy;
• Liaising with internal departments to identify procurement needs;
• Maintain supply chain inventory and records and provide the reports to the management;
• Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes; develop and implement best cost accounting practises with proper controls;
• Develop and implement safety guidelines in all aspects of the supply chain;
• Ensure supply chain processes meet legal requirements and standards;

• Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management/Diploma in Supply Chain Management or related field;
• Proficient in MS Office and computer literacy;
• 5 to 6 years of experience in oversea purchases, supply chain, logistics and shippment process and procedures.
• Strong negotiation and good communication skills in English;
• Excellent organizational and project management skills;
• Creative problem solving;
• A strategic and analytic mind;
• Must possess valid drivers’ licence;
• Minimum of two to three years' experience in FMCG in a similar role; would be an advantage;
