We are currently seeking applications from suitably qualified individuals to fill the position of Supply Chain Officer, based in Port Moresby. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Procurement & Sourcing: Assisting Supply Chain Executive with contracting with suppliers to acquire materials.
• Inventory & Logistics Management: Monitoring stock levels, managing warehouses, and organizing transportation.
• Process Optimization: Analyzing and improving supply chain workflows to reduce costs and increase speed.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensuring adherence to policies, regulations, and maintaining accurate records.
• Collaboration: Working with finance, operations, and sales teams to align supply with demand

• Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management/Diploma in Supply Chain Management or related field;
• Proficient in MS Office and computer literacy;
• 2 to 3 years of experience in oversea purchases, supply chain, logistics and shippment process and procedures.
• Strong negotiation and good communication skills in English;
• Excellent organizational and project management skills;
• Creative problem solving;
• A strategic and analytic mind;
• Minimum of two to three years' experience in FMCG in a similar role; would be an advantage;
