Tailor Shop Manager
We are seeking for a suitable Tailor Shop Manager to manage our Tailoring Shop in Port Moresby. The candidate will oversee daily operations of the shop to ensure smooth workflow and to be service oriented.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensure the shop is operating efficient and effectively
- Manage and supervise the staff including hiring and training
- Develop and implement growth strategies
- Oversee inventory management including orders and stocks
- Ensures services are provided to the highest standards
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in tailoring
- Knowledgeable in designing, fabrics and alterations
- Diploma/Degree in Tailoring or related fields
