The Role
Your core mission is to ensure the organisation maintains a robust pipeline of talent ready to transition into management and leadership roles across all levels. You will be directly responsible for establishing end-to-end recruitment processes, managing the Graduate Program, and utilising advanced talent software to track and calibrate the development of succession candidates.
Main duties include:
- Recruitment and Workforce Planning: Establish and maintain a robust end-to-end process that enables timely, effective hiring to meet current and future business needs.
- Graduate Program Management: Lead the selection, integration, and development of candidates to ensure successful progress through the organizational pipeline.
- Succession and Talent Tracking: Utilise talent management software to identify, track, and analyse the effectiveness of candidate development and skills calibration.
- Assessment Tool Development: Create and implement assessment methodologies and performance metrics to objectively measure candidate readiness and leadership criteria.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Facilitate meetings with Department Managers and the Cabinet team to conduct gap analyses and deliver KSA (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) development strategies.
- Compliance and Risk Mitigation: Ensure all recruitment and talent activities remain fully compliant with in-country employment law, company policy, and Anzen safety standards.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline; a Diploma of Leadership Coaching or ICF certification is highly advantageous.
- 10+ years of experience in a similar role, including at least 3 years of managerial experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in talent sourcing techniques, competency assessment tools, and the application of Talent Management software.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office and the ability to build business cases and generate high-level reports for executive leadership.
