POSITION OVERVIEW

Oceania Distributors Ltd is seeking a motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to drive sales growth and market development. The role involves increasing revenue, managing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and executing sales strategies to achieve business goals.

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Achieve sales and distribution targets by growing market coverage and expanding into retail, wholesale, corporate, and trade channels.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and manage key accounts including timely debt collection.
• Conduct regular territory visits to ensure product availability, visibility, and merchandising standards.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing regular feedback and sales reports.
• Work with internal teams to ensure efficient order processing and strong customer service.
• Represent the Company professionally and uphold the values and standards of Oceania Distributors Ltd at all times.
• Travel within PNG as required to support sales growth and customer development.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ sales and distribution experience (FMCG preferred).
• Strong track record in account growth, new business development, and territory expansion.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and customer management skills.
• Sound knowledge of sales planning, budgeting, pricing, and inventory management.
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Knowledge of PNG market and provincial/outstation experience will be an added advantage.
• Willingness to travel extensively within PNG.
• Valid Driving License preferred.
