KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform trade-specific duties to a high standard.
• Maintain compliance with company safety policies and procedures.
• Ensure tools, equipment, and work areas are kept safe and tidy.
• Complete assigned tasks within project timelines.
• Contribute positively to the team and work environment.

REQUIREMENTS

All Trades:

• Relevant trade qualification and/or proven industry experience.
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering quality workmanship.
• Professional, accountable, and safety-conscious with a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to undertake both project-based and service/maintenance work as required.

Carpenters / Finishing Carpenters

• Experience in architectural and finishing carpentry works.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and take accurate site measurements.
• Knowledge of metal and timber framing systems.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality finishes.

Electricians

• Current and valid Electrical Licence required for applicants performing licensed electrical work.

Multi-Skilled Workers

• Must be competent across multiple trades and adaptable to varying work requirements.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

• Experience in commercial, industrial, construction, or maintenance environments.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Adaptable and willing to undertake both project and maintenance work.
• Experience working on remote sites or major projects.
• Demonstrated reliability, professionalism, accountability, and strong work ethic.
• Experience using trade-specific tools and equipment.
• Trade licences, certifications, or industry tickets.
• First Aid, Working at Heights, Confined Space Entry, or other relevant safety certifications will be an advantage but are not mandatory.
