Position: Trainee Branch Manager (2 Positions)

Role Overview

We are seeking two motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as Trainee Branch Managers. This role provides an exciting opportunity for candidates with prior experience in cash and stock handling to grow into a leadership position within our branch network. Successful candidates will undergo structured training and development, with the opportunity to advance into full Branch Manager roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the day-to-day operations of the branch, including cash handling, stock management, and customer service.
• Support the Branch Manager in meeting operational, sales, and performance targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Provide leadership and guidance to branch staff when required.
• Prepare and submit operational reports as directed.
• Be flexible and available to move between branches as business needs require.

Requirements

• Prior experience in handling cash and stock is essential.
• Honest, reliable, and committed to delivering high standards of work.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly and work under minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel and relocate between branches when required.
