We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Training and People Development Officer to join our team and lead impactful training programs, foster a culture of continuous learning, and contribute to the success of our team.
TRAINING & PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
ABOUT THE ROLE
To be our Training and People Development Officer, you will be responsible to lead impactful training programs, foster a culture of continuous learning, and contribute to the success of our team.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Design & Deliver
- Collaborate with Training providers and create engaging training programs that develop and upskill employees across the business.
Cultivate Culture
- Drive initiatives that promote a growth mindset and align with Moni Plus’s values.
Empower & Inspire
- Collaborate with Business Leaders in providing coaching, mentorship, and ongoing support to employees, fostering both personal and professional growth.
Innovate & Improve
- Continuously evaluate training effectiveness and adapt programs to meet the evolving needs of the business
WHAT YOU WILL BRING WITH YOUR BACKGROUND
- Diploma in Human Resource management or Business management is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or business management advantageous but not necessary
- Certificate 4 in Training & Assessment is preferred
- Have 3 – 5 working experiences in training and talent development with a proven track record of effective training program implementation.
- Strong communication skills with a knack for connecting with diverse personalities.
- A proactive problem-solver with a passion for creating meaningful learning experiences.
- Have ability to measure success and make data-informed improvements.
