Who are you? You are a professional who has a broad level of transport and heavy vehicle experience including supervisory skills. You are an honest, reliable self-starter who is prepared to strive for operational efficiencies and is happy with working as part of a large and dynamic team.

You will be responsible for:
-- Overall Responsibility of a EFM Logistics contract
-- Supervising and mentoring the departmental drivers and Staff
-- Providing daily updates to EFM departments and Client Representatives
-- Enforcing EFM Policies 100% of the time
-- Utilizing the EFM GPS system
-- Ensuring at all times the PPE is worn by staff in accordance with company policy and customer site requirements
-- Keeping overtime and ad hoc costs to a minimum
-- Driving efficient work practices within your department
-- Liaising with EFM workshop to ensure all vehicles are made available for any services and repairs etc.
-- Ensuring Weekend work and nightly overtime is planned
