Position: Urban Valuer – Property & Land

Location: Port Moresby
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct property and land valuation in urban areas
- Prepare valuation report and documentation per regulation requirements.
- Liaise with clients, government department and stakeholders.
- Ensure accuracy, compliance and timely delivery of valuation service.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in property and land valuation
- Preferably registered with the Department of Land & Valuation.
- Strong Knowledge of Valuation principles, property market and relevant regulation
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Valid driver’s license ( an advantage)
