Recently Lloyds Metals has expanded operations to the Autonomous Region of Bougainville, Papua New Guinea. We are building and will operate a pioneering Level 7 Hospital named Lloyds KaliAmmal Arawa Hospital the highest tier of healthcare facility in the country.

Role Requirements:

• Nursing degree or diploma qualifications from accredited nursing school and universities in country
• Minimum 3 years work experience in similar capacities within PNG
• Maintain current PNG Nursing registration and Authority to practice
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) is preferred
• Excellent patient care skills, including empathy, communication, and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in both a clinical and laboratory setting
• Knowledge of infection control practices and patient safety protocols
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and documentation requirements
• Demonstrate good character, integrity and commitment to quality healthcare services
• Candidates must successfully pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening (to be arranged for successful candidates), and provide an up-to-date Police Clearance Certificate (must be current & within the last 6 months). Candidates must be Bougainville based and available to start immediately.
