About IFES:

IFES is an international, nonprofit organization that supports the building of democratic societies. IFES provides targeted technical assistance to strengthen transitional democracies. Founded in 1987 as a nonpartisan, nonprofit organization, IFES has developed and implemented comprehensive, collaborative democracy solutions in more than 145 countries.

IFES seeks to engage a skilled videographer to document the production journey of Season 2 of the Mr. Saveh Mahn Radio Show. The scope of work includes capturing key activities such as focus group discussions (FGDs), creative workshops, rehearsals, table reads, and in-studio recording sessions.

The videographer will produce a "Making of Mr. Saveh Mahn – Season 2" mini-documentary and create high-quality visual content for social media. In addition, they will enhance existing Season 1 content by editing the draft Season 1 documentary and creating short-form videos and reels from previously captured footage.

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in videography with a strong portfolio of past projects
• Technical proficiency in video capture, lighting, sound recording, and post-production editing using industry-standard software.
• Strong communication skills, reliability and professionalism in delivering quality work on time
• Flexibility to work on-site or remotely as required and adapt to project needs and deadlines.
• A creative approach that can align with our brand identity and project objectives.
