Master Systems Technologies is the leader in Fleet & Fuel Management in Papua New Guinea. We are looking to recruit for the following position.

Warehouse / Store Person (Consignment Stock – K92 Yard)

Role purpose

Execute warehouse and yard operations for Drillcube consignment stock—accurate receiving, storage, picking, staging, delivery/returns, housekeeping, and cycle counts—ensuring safe, timely supply to underground operations.

Key outcomes (KPIs)

• Put-away within 24h, pick accuracy ≥ 99.5%, zero stock damage, zero HSE incidents, cycle-count accuracy ≥ 98%.

Core responsibilities

1. Receiving

• Check deliveries against delivery dockets/ASNs; inspect items; capture batch/lot; raise receiving discrepancies to Senior Store Person.

1. Storage & care

• Bin allocation and labelling; FEFO for shelf-life items; protect ground support/ventilation consumables; maintain racking and housekeeping to mine standards. drillcube.com

1. Picking & distribution

• Pick to work orders/kits; stage at issue point; complete system issues/returns; handle underground back-loads and refurb loops.

• Perform weekly cycle counts; record variances; assist with quarterly full consignment counts. Modula

1. Equipment & HSE

• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, slings; follow lifting plans; maintain PPE; report hazards and incidents; comply with PNG Mining Safety regulations and K92 procedures. mra.gov.pg+1

Qualifications & experience

• 2–4+ years in mining or industrial warehousing; consignment inventory exposure preferred.
• Experience handling rock tools, ground support, ventilation, poly/HDPE consumables an advantage. Export Finance Australia
• Current forklift licence; ability to pass mine medicals/inductions.

Skills & attributes

• Attention to detail, safe material handling, basic ERP/scanner use, teamwork, and clear communication.

Roster & logistics

• Dayshift, 16/12 roster at K92; fitness to work medicals, inductions, and PPE compliance required. K92 Mining
