About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Coordinator to oversee daily warehouse operations, material handling, and inventory management. This role plays a key part in ensuring safe and efficient warehouse practices while supporting critical oil and gas operations in PNG.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise warehouse operations, material movements, and off-site inventory in compliance with HSE standards.
- Operate ERP systems (SAP) for goods receipts, issues, transfers, and stock reconciliation.
- Verify deliveries against documentation and prepare discrepancy reports when required.
- Manage labelling, storage, inventory counts, and stock reconciliation while ensuring accuracy.
- Liaise with Procurement and Operations to coordinate material requirements and track orders.
- Conduct toolbox talks, enforce safety measures, and promote a safe work culture.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports, including KPIs and inventory trackers.
- Certificate IV or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Warehouse Operations.
- 3-5 years relevant experience in the Oil and Gas Industry
- Strong knowledge of oilfield equipment, warehousing, and materials management.
- Proficient in SAP and MS Officer applications
- Licensed Dangerous Goods Declarant (Sea, Air, Land) and trained in First Aid, Fire-Fighting, Spill Containment.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Tok Pisin.
