Position Title: Warehouse Officer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Officer to join our team in Port Moresby. As the Warehouse Officer, you will coordinate and monitor day-to-day warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods, while maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting procurement, sales, and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
• Generate invoices and delivery dockets.
• Coordinate with the sales team for delivery and invoicing based on the plan.
• Generate receipt entries and costing based on materials received against purchase orders.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
• Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams for timely order fulfilment.
• Prepare and maintain reports on warehouse performance and inventory levels.
• Assist in preparing purchase orders and processing invoices.
• Track shipments and follow up with suppliers for timely delivery.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in warehouse coordination or inventory management.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems and MS Office.
• Knowledge of ICT products is an advantage.
