Position Overview:

A Warehouseman is responsible for the efficient receipt, storage, handling, and dispatch of goods within a warehouse. The role ensures inventory accuracy, safe storage practices, and timely delivery of materials to customers or Service Department.

Core Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch.
• Receive and inspect incoming goods for quantity and condition.
• Unload, store, and organize stock in designated warehouse locations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct stock counts.
• Ensure stock is properly labelled and stored to prevent damage or loss.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment specifically forklift.
• Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
• Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness of warehouse areas.
• Follow workplace health, safety, and security procedures.
• Report damaged, missing, or obsolete stock to supervisors.
• Assist in warehouse maintenance and continuous improvement activities.

Key Requirements & Qualifications:

• Education: Grade 12 certificate preferred.
• Experience: Warehouse, logistics, or material-handling experience is preferred.
• Certifications & Skills: Valid driver’s license and forklift certification
