PNG Motors is one of Papua New Guinea’s leading automotive groups, representing brands like Ford, Mazda, Hyundai, Suzuki, JMC and Joylong. Our service operations rely on accuracy, process, and accountability — especially when it comes to warranty.

We’re looking for an experienced Warranty Advisor to manage warranty claims, ensure compliance with manufacturer standards, and protect the business from costly errors.

This is not a guessing role. Warranty work requires precision.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be responsible for preparing, submitting, and managing warranty claims across multiple brands. This includes reviewing job cards, verifying repairs meet manufacturer requirements, and ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate before submission.

You’ll work closely with service advisors, technicians, and parts teams to ensure claims are processed correctly and on time. You’ll also track claim status, resolve rejections, and maintain clear records.

Accuracy is critical — mistakes cost money.
