A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you will mostly be:

• Delivering warm, professional, and memorable dining experiences to our guests.
• Welcoming guests with genuine hospitality and anticipating their needs.
• Ensuring exceptional standards of cleanliness, food safety, and presentation are maintained at all times.
• Promptly reporting any safety, maintenance, or stock-related concerns.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Working closely with colleagues to keep daily operations running smoothly
  
  

What we need from you

• Completed secondary education.
• Minimum two years' experience in a similar Food & Beverage role, preferably within a hotel environment.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and genuine passion for hospitality.
• Impeccable grooming and professional presentation.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
