Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Workshop Manager to oversee Boroko Motors workshop daily operations of automotive service department, coordinate and direct all activities of a workshop, manage staff, handle customer satisfaction and ensure the efficiency of the workshop.

Key Responsibilites:

- Managing the daily operations of the workshop.
- Ensure quality control in repair and maintenance services.
- Monitoring the workshop budget and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and staying updated on automotive repair procedures and
technologies.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Workshop Manager or similar role.
- Knowldge of mechanical aspects of vehicles.
- Strong leadership and customer managment ability.
