Position Vacancy – Workshop Service Advisor (POM Based)

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our Port Moresby Workshop team. This role is the vital link between our customers and the workshop, ensuring smooth communication, efficient service delivery, and outstanding customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide professional assistance with their service needs.

• Schedule and coordinate workshop appointments.
• Prepare accurate job cards and service documentation.
• Communicate clearly with technicians regarding customer requirements.
• Provide timely updates to customers on service progress and completion.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality procedures.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism.
• Promote workshop services and build long-term customer relationships.

Requirements:

• Minimum of Grade 12 education, tertiary qualification in automotive or business administration is an advantage.

• Previous experience in automotive service, workshop coordination, or customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic technical knowledge and workshop processes.
• Computer literacy (MS Office, workshop management systems).
• Commitment to safety, teamwork, and customer satisfaction.
