Are you a senior technician ready to step up-without stepping away from the tools entirely?
We’re looking for a Workshop Superintendent to take ownership of workshop operations while playing a key role in delivery multiple industrial projects. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll coordinate work, guide teams, and ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
The Opportunity
This is an ideal next step for someone who wants to move beyond purely technical work into leadership, planning, and project coordination-while still remaining connected to the day-to-day realities of the workshop and site.
What You’ll Be Doing;
- Leading day-to-day workshop operations and supervise trades teams.
- Coordinating multiple projects across workshop and site activities.
- Planning labour, material, tooling, and workflow to meet deadlines.
- Providing technical leadership and practical problem-solving support.
- Acting as the link between the workshop floor and project management.
- Monitoring progress, managing risks, and driving on -time delivery.
- Support reporting, job tracking, and project documentation.
- Uploading strong safety, quality, and performance standards.
What We’re Looking For;
- Trade-qualified (mechanical, hydraulic, and /or electrical).
- Strong workshop experience with leadership or supervisory exposure.
- Ability to coordinate jobs, resources, and priorities effectively.
- Practical, solutions-focused mindset with strong technical judgement.
- Confident communicator across all levels-from trades to management.
- Organised, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
