Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Officer with over 3 years of experience in payroll processing and administration. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in Attache Payroll software, ensuring that our payroll operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process payroll for employees in a timely and accurate manner using Attache Payroll software.
• Maintain payroll records and documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, deductions, and tax-related matters.
• Ensure accurate tracking of employee leave, benefits, and other entitlements.
• Prepare and submit payroll-related reports as required.
• Collaborate with the HR team to address payroll discrepancies and resolve issues.
• Participate in audits related to payroll, assisting with any required documentation.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of payroll best practices and relevant legislation.
• Proficiency in Attache Payroll software is a must.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong mathematical and analytical abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Relevant certifications in payroll management or accounting is a plus.
