Roles and responsibilities

Lae Based full-time role with NKW Group, reporting to the Workshop Manager and working in a team environment, your duties include but not limited to:

• Overseeing staff perform daily workshop operations
• Manage and coordinate staff schedules and tasks
• Ensure to oversee and maintain workshop equipment and tools
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Ensure safety standards are met through staff regular inspections of workshop area to identify hazard, damage and defects.
• Ensure toolbox meetings to outline tasks and schedules to staff

Qualifications skills and experience

• Apprenticeship /Tradesman certificate/diploma
• Grade 10/ 12 or college graduate
• Proven supervisory experiences ( for more then 10 years)
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Good organizational skills
• Computer literate (office 365 knowledge)
