Role description

Full-time Goroka Based role reporting to Site supervisor and working in a team environment, your duties include but not limited to:

• Ensure data is collected on fresh produce and factors affecting production
• liaising with farmers to ensure techniques for improving production of organic products
• maintain ongoing relationships with local farmers
• ensure fresh produce operation is accountably on-going
• ensure team meet sales target, control cost and maintain standards
• promote healthy team environment, wellbeing and outstanding public relations

Qualifications and skills

• previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Grade 12, Diploma or Degree in Agriculture or related field
• Good communication skills
• Skills to delight farmers with outstanding working relationships
• Maintain clean displays and safe working environment
