Job Title: Cashier
Location: MoneyGram – Papua New Guinea

Job Purpose

To provide efficient, accurate, and professional cashiering services to MoneyGram customers, ensuring excellent customer experience while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Process MoneyGram transfers, deposits, and withdrawals in line with company procedures.
• Verify customer identification and ensure compliance with AML/CTF regulations.
• Balance cash drawer at the end of each shift and report discrepancies immediately.
• Deliver excellent customer service by assisting clients with inquiries and transactions.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of customer information.
• Support branch operations as directed by the Supervisor/Branch Manager.
  
  

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum Grade 12 Certificate; Diploma in Accounting/Business will be an advantage.
• Previous experience in cashiering, retail, or financial services preferred.
• Strong numeracy skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.
• Honest, reliable, and customer focused.
